We ventured out today and had some fun. We decided on activities that would keep us outdoors as Jordan is still not allowed in crowded places. We settled on miniature golf and sitting on the beach. First stop was Walmart to buy a beach umbrella, sunscreen and sand toys. Jordan cannot sit in the sun, so the umbrella will protect her while the sunscreen and beach toys will be used by everyone else.
She has to avoid the sun exposure because it aggravates GVHD, and we certainly don't want any GVHD symptoms showing up now.
We had a lot of fun. We landed at Polynesian Putter in St. Petersburg. A very small mini golf place, not very sophisticated, but covered in lots of trees and provided plenty of shade.
We ate lunch at Ricky T's, outside on the patio under the umbrellas. And then we headed to the beach for about 2 hours. It was a great day, temp about 78 degrees with a nice wind blowing.
Roger had to work, so it was just mom and the kids, all four of them. It was so nice to spend time with them all....together. We plan on having more outings like this and are making a list of things we want to do, marking down the date when we actually do it.

Hey Katherine,
Its nice seeing the kids picture, all of them have grown so fast. Concerning Jordan, we thank God for what he is doing regarding her healing, our prayer is that God will completely deliver her from this cancer and she will be free indeed (amen). Greetings to Roger as well. We missed you guys. Dupe say hi to Jordan.
Bye,
Roseline.
Jordan,
What an amazingly beautiful and courageous young woman you are. I have a lot of reading to do to get caught up on your battle, but I will do it!
My daughter Peyton is 3 and she was diagnosed with leukemia in July 06. In honor of her, you and all the brave kids who battle cancer every day we are doing Relay for Life at USF in Tampa. Our team theme is CHILD magazine and in an effort to raise awareness of pediatric cancers I am designing magazine covers using the photos of as many cancer kids as I can. We will use these magazine covers to decorate our site and to bring precious faces to the minds of all who see them.
I have used a phote of you, and I will be honored to have your face next to all the others, some who've lost their battles and others who continue to fight.
You can see the cover I made of you at www.hope4peyton.org, the link is "relay magazine covers".
Be brave, be strong, I am constant in prayer for you every day.
f.r.o.G...fully relying on God
